Building Resilience: The Realities of Blockchain Regulation, Zero-Knowledge, DeFi, and Institutional Adoption
UNITED STATES, March 13, 2023 – The third edition of the conference focusing on fostering resilience in the blockchain ecosystem has been officially announced by the Cornell Blockchain Club. More than 500 blockchain aficionados were successfully brought together at the previous two conferences, which also served as a forum for significant discussions.
This year’s one-day conference, which will take place on Friday, April 21, 2023, will examine fresh advancements in blockchain technology and how they have sparked the sector’s recent exponential growth. The distinguished speakers on the program will delve deep and cover the hottest subjects in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries right now.
In addition to the conference’s highly anticipated keynote speakers, including Emin Gün Sirer, Founder of Ava Labs, panel discussions will be held on a variety of topics.
(1) Industry leaders’ perspectives, including those of the heads of the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency practises at JP Morgan, EY, and top crypto venture capital firms including Shima Capital, Gumi Crypto, and others.
(2) The current state and future of US crypto regulatory advances (in collaboration with our friends at Fordham Law School).
(3) technical workshops that range from no-knowledge proofs to practical coding demonstrations.
The Cornell Blockchain Conference aims to provide a forum for engaging talks for blockchain enthusiasts from academia, start-up leaders, and institutions to connect, exchange ideas, and find chances for collaboration.

We have taught more than 200 Cornellians over the course of four semesters and anticipate teaching many more.
Our four subteams have completed a wide range of tasks, including the Quant Team’s implementation of a back tester for future trading strategies, the Research Team’s writing of a research paper on dark pools, the Accelerator Team’s incubation of three blockchain projects for this semester, and the Consulting Team’s work with Web 3.0 companies on go-to-market strategies, among many other things.
